After the discussion, we'll hop into our 30 minute dynamic body-mind practice using a conscious connected breathing technique for inner peace, enhanced health, wellbeing and personal transformation.
Class is 90 minutes. Find a quiet place where you can lie down undisturbed. Bring a pillow, blanket, water, and optional headphones. Don't eat at least 1 hour before class!
